A rebate for patients with private health cover is available on the day via the Hicaps system. A gap payment is usually applicable. Rebate amounts differ between individual health funds and are  dependant on the level of extras cover selected. Feel free to contact your private health fund and discuss any information provided by our physiotherapists personally or on the website. We accept patients referred by their GP through Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Programs (EPCs) and patients covered by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Concession rates apply to all patients issued with a Centrelink Pension or Health Care Card. Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment or Physio rehab session. This provides an opportunity to offer the appointment to other patients on the waiting list. If you fail to attend the practice and do not cancel your appointment, we may charge you a cancellation fee.
