We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while respecting our time and resources.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments or bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Changes made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the total consultation.

No-Shows 

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 50% or full amount of the consultation.
