Post-operative rehabilitation

Physiotherapy rehabilitation supports recovery after surgery, injury or ongoing pain through guided movement, strength and control. Our rehab sessions are led by physiotherapists and tailored to your body, stage of recovery and long-term goals, helping you move with confidence again.

Post-operative physiotherapy usually begins with 1:1 rehab and may progress into supervised group prehab once appropriate.

What to expect from physio rehab

Physio rehab sessions are supervised, exercise-based appointments designed to support recovery after surgery, injury or ongoing pain. Each session is guided by a physiotherapist and tailored to your body, goals and stage of rehabilitation, with a focus on safe progression, strength, control and confidence in movement.

Group prehab sessions

Group prehab is designed for patients who have progressed through physio rehab and are ready to continue their rehabilitation at a slightly higher intensity. Sessions are run in small groups of 8–10, supervised by a physiotherapist, and focus on building strength, resilience and injury prevention in a supportive environment.
