  • Trusted third-party providers who help us run the practice — including our practice management system (PracSuite), secure cloud storage providers, our website host (Squarespace), accountants, and IT support

  • Government bodies, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law (for example, in the event of a serious public health concern or court order)

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We retain health records for at least seven years from the date of your last appointment, in line with our legal and professional obligations. For patients who were under 18 at the time of treatment, records are retained until they turn 25.

A reasonable administrative fee may apply for providing copies of records, in line with industry standards.
